REQUREMENTS

What We Look For

We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who want to make a positive impact. Experience is great, but heart is what matters most—we’ll teach you the rest.

Genuine passion for helping seniors
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication skills
Physical ability to assist with mobility and transfers
Experience preferred but not required—we train!
